Tofu paste with molokhia and okra

Ingredient

  • 3 okra
  • 100 g molokheiya
  • 150 g silken tofu
  • 3 tbsp white ground sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp white soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp scrambled sesame seeds
  • A lot of love

Instructions

  • Cut okra into thin slices
  • Finely chop molokheiya and stir till it gets sticky.
  • Drain off the silken tofu.
  • Mash the tofu and add sesame seeds, white soy sauce and sugar and mix well.
  • Mix okra (1), molokheiya (2) and love into 4.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top when serving.

Notes

*Prepare for autumn by eating plenty of sticky vegetables!
