Sweet Potato Bread made in Home Bakery

Ingredient

  • 250 g strong flour
  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • 20 g sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 100 g sweet potato paste
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • a lot love

Instructions

  • Steam and mash sweet potatoes with the skin
  • Add milk first, then add flour, sugar, salt, sweet potato paste and olive oil.
  • Make a little depression in the center of the mixture and add dry yeast.
    Bake the bread in the normal baking course.

*Autumn bread with the aroma of sweet potatoes is tasty!
