Rice cooked with garden peas

Equipment

  • Rice cooker

Ingredient

  • 3 cups rice
  • 15 cm kelp
  • 12 garden peas
  • 250 g chicken thigh
  • 1 deep-fried tofu(age)
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • A lot of Love

Instructions

  • Wash rice and soak in kombu broth
  • Cut garden peas into 2 cm pieces.
  • Cut chicken thighs and fried tofu(age) into bite-sized pieces.
  • Add mirin, soy sauce, sake, sugar, salt and love to rice in a rice cooker.

Notes

*Perfect for summer. garden peas go well with cooked rice.
