Rice cooked with garden peas

- 3 cups rice
- 15 cm kelp
- 12 garden peas
- 250 g chicken thigh
- 1 deep-fried tofu(age)
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- A lot of Love
Wash rice and soak in kombu broth
Cut garden peas into 2 cm pieces.
Cut chicken thighs and fried tofu(age) into bite-sized pieces.
Add mirin, soy sauce, sake, sugar, salt and love to rice in a rice cooker.
*Perfect for summer. garden peas go well with cooked rice.
