Potage of Butterfly Peas

- 300 ml soup stock
- 20 butterfly peas
- 1 potato
- 1/4 onion
- 100 ml milk
- 1/2 tsp butterfly pea salt
- 2 salted roselle
- A lot love
Put butterfly peas and soup stock in a pot and make butterfly pea tea.
Cook sliced potatoes and onions in the butterfly pea tea until tender.
mix 2, milk and love with a mixer
Season with butterfly pea salt
Serve in bowls and garnish with pickled roselle.
This is a very beautiful soup with beautiful colors. Perfect for a Halloween party!
