Potage of Butterfly Peas

Ingredient

  • 300 ml soup stock
  • 20 butterfly peas
  • 1 potato
  • 1/4 onion
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1/2 tsp butterfly pea salt
  • 2 salted roselle
  • A lot love

Instructions

  • Put butterfly peas and soup stock in a pot and make butterfly pea tea.
  • Cook sliced potatoes and onions in the butterfly pea tea until tender.
  • mix 2, milk and love with a mixer
  • Season with butterfly pea salt
  • Serve in bowls and garnish with pickled roselle.

Notes

This is a very beautiful soup with beautiful colors. Perfect for a Halloween party!
