Ingredient

  • 180 g strong flour
  • 20 g sugar
  • 2 g butterfly pea salt
  • 2 g dry yeast
  • 150 cc butterfly pea tea
  • 6 tbsp plum jam
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • A pinch salt
  • A pinch pepper
  • A lot love

Instructions

  • Mix flour, sugar, butterfly pea salt and dry yeast.
  • Add the butterfly pea tea and love to the mixture,mix well, and refrigerate overnight.
  • Place the flour mixture on a cookie sheet and spread with olive oil.
  • Spread plum jam on 3 and roll it up.
  • Cut into 1cm thick slices and place cut side up on the cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Notes

This is a refreshing bread with ume plum jam. The refreshing taste is perfect for summer.
