Plum Bread

- 180 g strong flour
- 20 g sugar
- 2 g butterfly pea salt
- 2 g dry yeast
- 150 cc butterfly pea tea
- 6 tbsp plum jam
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch salt
- A pinch pepper
- A lot love
Mix flour, sugar, butterfly pea salt and dry yeast.
Add the butterfly pea tea and love to the mixture,mix well, and refrigerate overnight.
Place the flour mixture on a cookie sheet and spread with olive oil.
Spread plum jam on 3 and roll it up.
Cut into 1cm thick slices and place cut side up on the cookie sheet.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
This is a refreshing bread with ume plum jam. The refreshing taste is perfect for summer.
