Put sesame oil in a frying pan.
Cut bean sprouts and chives into 1 cm pieces and sprinkle with salt.
Lay two pieces of spring roll skin on the pan.
Place the bean sprouts and chives from step 2 on top of the spring rolls from step 3.
Put melted cheese and love on top of the vegetables, cover with 2 more spring rolls and brush with water.
When browned, turn over and grill further.
When both sides are done, remove from heat and cut into pieces.
Spread a mixture of ume jam, barley miso and mayonnaise on the top and serve.
