Equipment

  • frying pan

Ingredient

  • 400 g rice
  • 2 eggplants
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 g dried baby sardines
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1  tsp white sesame seeds
  • 4 tbsp sesame oil
  • A lot of love

Instructions

  • Roughly chop eggplant.
  • Put 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a frying pan and fry eggplant until browned, then remove from pan.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil to the pan, add rice and egg, and stir-fry until crispy.
  • Add the fried eggplant, dried baby sardines and love to the pan and stir-fry.
  • Check the taste and add salt if it is too light.

Notes

*Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
Fried rice made with summer vegetables is a nutritious and well-balanced dish!
