Christmas Shiratama dumpling

- 150 g tofu
- 100 g shiratama flour
- 1 tsp matcha
- 1/4 tsp red natural coloring
- A lot of love
Knead tofu with shiratama flour and love well. If there is not enough water, add water.
Divide 1 into 2 halves, mix one half with matcha and one half with red natural pigment, and roll into 15 dumplings each.
3. Boil 2 in boiling water.
Place the candied chestnut in the center, place Christmas-colored red and green dumplings around it, decorate with white chocolate, and pour chestnut syrup over the dumplings.
