Equipment

  • 18cm cake mold

Ingredient

  • 100 g light flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 cc milk
  • A little salt
  • A little pepper
  • 1/2 cup lomi lomi salmon
  • 2 tbsp cheese powder
  • A lot of love

Instructions

  • Grease a cake pan with olive oil
  • Sift flour and baking powder
  • Beat the eggs and add the olive oil.
  • Add milk, salt and pepper to 3 and mix well
  • Add 2 to 4 and mix well.
  • Fry lomi lomi salmon with olive oil.
  • Add 6 and cheese powder to the mixture and pour it into the mold.
  • Bake at 180℃ for 40 minutes.
    Remove from heat, divide into 8 equal portions and serve.

Notes

*This is a cake with smoked salmon that is perfect for Christmas.
