Butterfly Pea Focaccia

- 180 g strong flour
- 20 g sugar
- 2 g butterfly pea salt
- 2 g dry yeast
- 150 cc butterfly pea tea
- A lot pumpkin seed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A little salt
- A little pepper
- A lot love
Mix flour, sugar, butterfly pea salt and dry yeast.
Add the butterfly pea tea and love to the mixture,mix well, and refrigerate overnight.
Pour the mixture onto a cookie sheet and spread with olive oil.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of 3, place pumpkin seeds on top and press down.
Bake at 220 degrees for 12 minutes.
This focaccia is perfect for Halloween. The crunchy texture is irresistible!
