Black Sesame Scones

- 250 g light flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 60 g butter
- 1 egg
- 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 80 ml milk
- 2 tbsp roasted black sesame seeds
- A lot love
Sift flour and baking powder.
Put butter in 1 and mix the flour and butter by hand.
When 2 becomes smooth, add eggs and milk (do not add all at once, but add as needed) and mix while folding.
When 3 is roughly mixed, add black sesame seeds and love and mix.
Cut out the mixture with scone molds and bake at180 degrees for 20 minutes.
*The intake of sesame which moistens the lungs can prevent the body from drying out.
