Black Sesame Scones

Ingredient

  • 250 g light flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1.5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 80 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp roasted black sesame seeds
  • A lot love

Instructions

  • Sift flour and baking powder.
  • Put butter in 1 and mix the flour and butter by hand.
  • When 2 becomes smooth, add eggs and milk (do not add all at once, but add as needed) and mix while folding.
  • When 3 is roughly mixed, add black sesame seeds and love and mix.
  • Cut out the mixture with scone molds and bake at180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Notes

*The intake of sesame which moistens the lungs can prevent the body from drying out.
