Cost: 400 yen
- 2 fish fillets (yellowtail, salmon, etc.)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp rice oil
- 80 g maitake mushrooms
- 10 g butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- A lot of love
Season fish with salt and sake and leave for 15 minutes.
Coat the fish in the mixture of rice flour and potato starch and grill in a frying pan with rice oil until crispy.
Cut maitake mushrooms into bite-size pieces and cook in butter in the same pan in which the fish was removed. Season with soy sauce and love.
Plate the fish on a serving platter and pour 3 on top.
* This fish dish is a great way to experience the aroma of autumn. Maitake mushrooms can be replaced with shiitake mushrooms or shimeji mushrooms.
