Apple Soy Milk Clafoutis

Ingredient

  • 1/2 apple
  • 300 ml soy milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g sugar
  • 50 g rice flour
  • (15 blueberries)
  • A lot of love

Instructions

  • Cut apples into thin slices, leaving the skin on.
  • Gently mix soy milk, eggs and sugar.
  • Add rice flour and love to the mixture and mix well.
  • Put the apples in a heatproof container.
  • If available, add 3 to 4 and put blueberries on top.
  • Bake at 170 degrees for 35 minutes.
  • Cool before serving.

Notes

This is a French home-style dish. It was originally made in the Limousin region with black cherries.
