Cut red apples into chunks and sprinkle cinnamon on them.
Knead butter with a speed cutter.
Add sugar to the mixture in several additions. Add the eggs in several additions.
Sift the flour and baking powder.
Add 4 to 3 and mix well.
Add 1 to 5 and when mixed, pour into a 16 cm mold.
Bake the walnuts at 160℃ for 6 minutes and roughly chop them.
Mix flour, almond powder, sugar and butter by hand.
Add 7 and love to 8, place on top of 6, and bake at 170℃ for 45 minutes.
