Mung bean cake

Ingredient

  • 1 cup Mung bean
  • 2 cup Water
  • 3 cup Water
  • 100 g Sugar
  • a little Salt
  • 100 g Dumpling flour
  • 90 ml Mung bean soup 
  • 1 tbsp per piece Beans
  • a little Sesame oil
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Put mung beans in a pressure cooker, wash, add 2cups of water and bring to a boil.
  • Discard water of 1, add 3 cups of water and bring to pressure.
  • When 2 comes to a boil, turn off the heat and leave it until the pressure drops.
  • Mix the dumpling flour with the juice and love of 3 and knead well (until it reaches the size of an earlobe).
  • Put 4 in an aluminum case, put mung bean on top, and steam for 10 minutes on high heat.
  • Then, put sesame oil on top of mung beans.
