Winter melon salad

Ingredient

  • 500 g Winter melon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • a little Garlic
  • 2 tsp White sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • a little Salt
  • a little Pepper  
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cut winter melon into thin slices and season with salt.
  • When winter melon becomes soft, drain off the water.
  • Grate garlic and mix well with sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar.
  • Mix 2 and 3 and season to taste with salt, pepper and love.
  • Serve in bowls and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Notes

How about a winter melon salad that you can eat as much as you like in summer? Winter melon is very tasty even when eaten raw.
