Winter melon salad

- 500 g Winter melon
- 1 tsp Salt
- a little Garlic
- 2 tsp White sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- a little Salt
- a little Pepper
- a lot Love
Cut winter melon into thin slices and season with salt.
When winter melon becomes soft, drain off the water.
Grate garlic and mix well with sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar.
Mix 2 and 3 and season to taste with salt, pepper and love.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
How about a winter melon salad that you can eat as much as you like in summer? Winter melon is very tasty even when eaten raw.
