Plum dessert

Equipment

  • Shaved ice machine

Ingredient

  • 25 g Agar
  • 60 g Granulated sugar
  • 500 ml Water
  • 50 ml per person Plum jam sherbet
  • 1 per person Frozen plum
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix agar, granulated sugar and love well.
  • Bring water to a boil, add 1 and turn off the heat to dissolve the sugar
  • Pour the mixture into a container and let it harden (it will harden at room temperature).
  • Cut 3 into small pieces.
  • Put the plum jam in a container and decorate the top with 4.
  • Make shaved ice with frozen plums and pour over 5.

Notes

Agar is made from seaweed. Unlike gelatin, it hardens at roomtemperature.It is easy to handle. Jam, shaved ice, andjelly are a very gentle combination.
