Yogurt Scones

  • 1 Scone mold

Ingredient

  • 250 g Light flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Soy milk
  • 50 g Soy milk yogurt
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Sift flour and baking powder.
  • Mix 1, sugar and butter well.
  • Add egg, yogurt, love, and soy milk if needed.
  • Cut out 3 with scones mold and spread soy milk on top, bake at 180℃ for 15 minutes.

Notes

*It is delicious as it is, but if you spread seasonal fruit butter on it, it will make you feel even richer.(Today, I will eat it with peach butter).
