Instructions
Grate potatoes and drain in a colander.
Steam garden peas and cut into 3 cm lengths.
Cut onion into thin slices.
Mix 2, 3, potato starch and salt.
Mix 4 and 1.
Pour 5 spoonful of the mixture into the pan with sesame oil and bake.
Pour 5 spoonful of the mixture into the pan with sesame oil and bake.
When it becomes crispy, flip over.
Eat with sauce as desired.
Notes
You can use string beans or Chinese chive instead of garden peas. The crunchy texture is really delicious. ©2023 Yuko Asano
