Korean rice balls

Ingredient

  • 3 cups Rice
  • measure according to your rice cooker Water
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Spring onion
  • 30 g Pickled radish
  • 40 g Korean seaweed
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Wash rice and soak it in water for 1.5 hours before cooking.
  • When the rice is cooked, add sesame seeds, spring onion and chopped pickled radish and mix well.
  • Make a round onigiri with saran wrap.
  • Sprinkle finely chopped Korean nori (seaweed) around the onigiri.

Notes

It is tasty Korean style onigiri !
