- 3 cups Rice
- 3 M size pickled plums
- 10 Japanese basil
- 3 cups Water
- a lot Love
Wash rice well, add pickled plums and cook onnormal rice cooking course.
Chop Japanese basil, then mix with a pinch of salt,and toss well to remove the scum.
When rice is finished cooking, add 2 and love andmix well.
Rice cooked with pickled plums not only tastes better, it is also more resistant to spoilage, so it is good for lunch boxes.
