Equipment

  • Rice cooker

Ingredient

  • 3 cups Rice
  • 3 M size pickled plums
  • 10 Japanese basil
  • 3 cups Water    
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Wash rice well, add pickled plums and cook onnormal rice cooking course.
  • Chop Japanese basil, then mix with a pinch of salt,and toss well to remove the scum.
  • When rice is finished cooking, add 2 and love andmix well.

Notes

Rice cooked with pickled plums not only tastes better, it is also more resistant to spoilage, so it is good for lunch boxes.
