  • 20 g Jew’s mallow( molokheiya)
  • 50 g Cheese
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Melt cheese in a frying pan
  • Finely chop the Jew’s mallow(molokheiya).
  • Place 2 on top of 1.
  • Grill until crispy.

Notes

This is an unusual way to eat crispy Jew’s mallow( molokheiya). You can eat it like a snack.
