Cost: 200 yen
- 180 g Strong flour
- 2 g Dry yeast
- 2 g Salt
- 150 cc Water
- 10 Basil leaves
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- a lot Love
Mix flour, dry yeast, salt, chopped basil, water and love and leave overnight.
Divide into 8 equal parts of 1
Dip your hands in olive oil and form into a circle of 2
Bake at 170 degrees for 20minutes.
*If you can get fresh basil, this is a dish you should make. It is a refreshing bread.
Serve with cheese.
