- Sweet potato
- Gobo(burdock root)
- Pumpkin
- Carrot
- Green pepper
- Broccoli
- Zucchini
- Eggplant
- Potatoes
- 30 g Potato starch
- 60 g Rice flour
- 50~80 cc Water
- Rice oil
- Salt
- a lot Love
Tempurasauce
- 200 ml 200ml dashi broth (kelp, tuna tuna)
- 40 cc Soy sauce
- 40 cc 40ml mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
- grated daikon radish and ginger
Cut your favorite vegetables into bite-size pieces.
Mix potato starch and rice flour. Add water until the mixture becomes thick.
Put 1 on 2 and deep fry in rice oil at 170 degrees Celsius.
When the oil has been used up, serve.
Sprinkle salt on top and serve.
Enjoy vegetable tempura with salt or tempura sauce!
