Vegetable Tempura

Ingredient

  • Sweet potato
  • Gobo(burdock root)
  • Pumpkin
  • Carrot
  • Green pepper
  • Broccoli
  • Zucchini
  • Eggplant
  • Potatoes
  • 30 g Potato starch
  • 60 g Rice flour
  •  50~80 cc Water
  • Rice oil
  • Salt
  • a lot Love

Tempurasauce

  • 200 ml 200ml dashi broth (kelp, tuna tuna)
  • 40 cc Soy sauce
  • 40 cc 40ml mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
  • grated daikon radish and ginger

Instructions

  • Cut your favorite vegetables into bite-size pieces.
  • Mix potato starch and rice flour. Add water until the mixture becomes thick.
  • Put 1 on 2 and deep fry in rice oil at 170 degrees Celsius.
  • When the oil has been used up, serve.
  • Sprinkle salt on top and serve.

Notes

Enjoy vegetable tempura with salt or tempura sauce!
