- 100 g Minced pork
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 piece Ginger
- 1 piece Garlic
- 3 tbsp Miso
- 1 tsp Hot pepper miso
- 10 cm Leek
- 700 cc Soup stock (kelp and tuna)
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Sugar
- as you need Salt and pepper
- 10 g Butter
- 2 Chinese noodles
- a lot Love
Finely chop into ginger and garlic.
Cut green onion into round slices.
Stir-fry 1 in sesame oil until fragrant, then add minced pork and stir-fry further.
Add hot pepper sauce and 2 to 3 and stir-fry further.
Mix soy sauce, salt, sugar, and love to the broth and heat.
Add4 to 5 and season to taste. 7.
Boil Chinese noodles
Pour 6 on top of 7 and add butter, salt and pepper to taste.
*This is a hearty and warming way to eat miso ramen in winter.
