Rice Flour Apple Crumble

- 300 Apples
- a little Salt
- 1 tbsp Golden syrup
- 12 g Potato starch
- 40 g Rice flour
- 20 g Almond powder
- 30 g Rice oil
- 20 g Granulated sugar
- a little Salt
- 120 g Nuts
- a lot Love
Remove the core and peel of apples and cut into 5mm slices.
Mix 1 with golden syrup and salt.
Mix rice flour, potato starch, almond powder, rice oil, granulated sugar, salt and love.
Mix coarsely chopped nuts into 3.
Put 2 in a heatproof container and put 4 on top.
Bake at 220 degrees for 15minutes.
*The cake is delicious as it is, but it tastes even better with ice cream!
