Rice Flour Apple Crumble

Ingredient

  • 300 Apples
  • a little Salt
  • 1 tbsp Golden syrup
  • 12 Potato starch
  • 40 Rice flour
  • 20 Almond powder  
  • 30 Rice oil 
  • 20 Granulated sugar
  • a little Salt
  • 120 g Nuts
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Remove the core and peel of apples and cut into 5mm slices.
  • Mix 1 with golden syrup and salt.
  • Mix rice flour, potato starch, almond powder, rice oil, granulated sugar, salt and love.
  • Mix coarsely chopped nuts into 3.
  •  Put 2 in a heatproof container and put 4 on top.
  • Bake at 220 degrees for 15minutes.

Notes

*The cake is delicious as it is, but it tastes even better with ice cream!
