Potage of radish

Ingredient

  • 100 g Radish
  • 1/4 Red onion
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salted malt
  • a little Salt
  • 150 ml Water
  • 150 ml Milk
  • a little Yuzu peel
  • a little Olive oil(on top)
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Peel radish and cut into 5 mm slices. Cut red onion into thin slices.
  • Stir=fried 1 in olive oil
  • Add water, salted malt and salt to 2.
  •  When 3 is softened, mix with a blender to thicken.
  • Add milk to 4 and season to taste.
  •  Cut the yuzu peel into thin strips.
  •  Just before eating, pour 6 and olive oil on top.

Notes

Yuzu is high in fiber and low in carbohydrates and calories, so it is a great winter time dish. It also has the effect of moistening the throat, so try it at the beginning of a cold.
