Potage of radish

- 100 g Radish
- 1/4 Red onion
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salted malt
- a little Salt
- 150 ml Water
- 150 ml Milk
- a little Yuzu peel
- a little Olive oil(on top)
- a lot Love
Peel radish and cut into 5 mm slices. Cut red onion into thin slices.
Stir=fried 1 in olive oil
Add water, salted malt and salt to 2.
When 3 is softened, mix with a blender to thicken.
Add milk to 4 and season to taste.
Cut the yuzu peel into thin strips.
Just before eating, pour 6 and olive oil on top.
Yuzu is high in fiber and low in carbohydrates and calories, so it is a great winter time dish. It also has the effect of moistening the throat, so try it at the beginning of a cold.
