Miso Sake Lees Soup

- 300 ml Broth(kelp)
- 75 g Tofu
- 30 g Pork
- 30 g Burdock root
- 30 g Carrot
- 5 g Wakame seaweed
- 1 tsp White soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sake
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sake lee
- a lot Love
Reserve broth from kombu (kelp). 2.
Add thin sliced burdock root, bite-size pieced pork, quarter sliced carrot, 2cm pieced wakame seaweed, and add sake and white soy sauce..
Add tofu and simmer for a minute, then add love and miso lees.
It is almost time to make miso that was prepared last year. How about this soup using the sake lees that used to cover the miso? Of course, you can also make miso soup.
