- 6 Dried persimmons
- 3 tbsp Mascarpone cheese
- 3 tbsp Azuki bean paste
- a lot Love
- a pinch Matcha green tea
Open dried persimmons and remove seeds.
Cut the top and bottom of the first piece cleanly.
Spread mascarpone cheese, azuki bean paste and love between the first and second slices and between the second and third slices.
Roll the 3 slices tightly with plastic wrap and leave to rest in the refrigerator.
Cut in half vertically and sprinkle with matcha green tea.
The collaboration of dried persimmon, mascarpone cheese, and azuki bean paste is the best.
Dried persimmon contains a lot of β-carotene, which is one of the foods that reduce active oxygen!
