Truffle-Style Tofu Doughnuts

Ingredient

  • 150 g Flour
  • 150 g Tofu
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 5 g Baking powder
  • a lot Love
  • 5 g Cocoa powder
  • 5 g Powdered sugar
  • about half of a pan Rice oil

Instructions

  •  Sift flour, sugar and baking powder.
  •  Add tofu (no need to drain, just discard the water), love and mix well.
  • Shape into a round shape with a small spoon and deep-fry in rice oil.
  •  Sprinkle only powdered sugar on half of the dough, sprinkle cocoa powder on the other half, and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
