Rice flour scone

- 100 g Rice flour
- 30 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Egg
- 40 cc Milk
- 25 g Butter
- a lot Love
Mix rice flour, sugar, baking powder and butter until smooth.
Add the eggs to 1 and mix lightly, then add the milk with love and mix well.
Put rice flour on bourd and cut out with scone cutter.
Spread milk on 3 and bake at 200℃ for 20 minutes.
* These scones are very light and refreshing. Serve with clotted cream and jam.
