Focaccia with garden peas and green laver

- 180 g Strong flour
- 2 g Dry yeast
- 2 g Salt
- 150 cc Water
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 10 Garden peas
- 5 g Green laver
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp White soy sauce
- a lot Love
Mix flour, dry yeast, salt and water well and leave overnight (at least 6hour).
Spread olive oil on the dough and roll it out.
Boil garden peas and cut into bite-size pieces.
Soak green laver in a small amount of water and season with mayonnaise and white soy sauce.
Put 3, 4 and love on top of 2.
Bake at 210℃ for 12 minutes.
Focaccia with a very nice smell of green laver is very appetizing!
