Ingredient

  • 2 cups Rice
  • 10 cm Kelp
  • 2 Ume plums
  • 50 g Dried baby sardines
  • 50 g Edamame (fresh green soybeans)
  • 5 Japanese basil
  • a lot Sesame seeds
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Wash rice and soak with kelp.
  • Take out the kelp from step 1, add ume plum and cook.
  • Mix steamed edamame, dried baby sardines and love into the rice.
  • Cut Japanese basil into thin strips, soak in water and squeeze.
  • Serve 3 in a bowl and top with 4 and sesame seeds.

Notes

This is a rice dish that can be eaten even when you have no appetite in summer. It is also good for packed lunch.
