Instructions
Wash rice and soak with kelp.
Take out the kelp from step 1, add ume plum and cook.
Mix steamed edamame, dried baby sardines and love into the rice.
Cut Japanese basil into thin strips, soak in water and squeeze.
Serve 3 in a bowl and top with 4 and sesame seeds.
Notes
This is a rice dish that can be eaten even when you have no appetite in summer. It is also good for packed lunch.
