Taro soup with summer vegetables

Ingredient

  • 200 cc Broth(kelp and bonito)
  • 70 Yam
  • 1 Egg
  • a pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 tsp White soy sauce
  • 1 Lady finger
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Make broth with kelp and bonito.
  • Grind yam and mix with egg.
  • Season 1 with sake, salt, and white soy sauce with love.
  • Cut ladyfinger into round slices.
  • Add 4 to 3 and simmer quickly.
  • Add 2 just before eating.

Notes

A must-have sticky food in summer. Great for relieving fatigue! Boosts stamina! It will protect you from summer fatigue!
