- 200 cc Broth(kelp and bonito)
- 70 g Yam
- 1 Egg
- a pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1 tsp White soy sauce
- 1 Lady finger
- a lot Love
Make broth with kelp and bonito.
Grind yam and mix with egg.
Season 1 with sake, salt, and white soy sauce with love.
Cut ladyfinger into round slices.
Add 4 to 3 and simmer quickly.
Add 2 just before eating.
