Ingredient

  • 300 cc Kelp broth
  • 2 Dried dates
  • 75 cc Tofu
  • 1 tsp Cooking wine
  • 1 tsp White soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 leaves Japanese parsley
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Heat kelp broth.
  • Add the dried dates and tofu to 1.
  • Add cooking wine, salt and white soy sauce to taste.
  • Serve 3 in bowls and Japanese parsley on top.

Notes

Dried dates is good for women to eat one a day. It is said to be effective in relieving stress.
