- 1/4 Onion
- 1/4 Carrot
- 1/4 Celery
- 2 Mushrooms
- 400 cc Water
- 300 cc Broth(vegetables)
- 2 tsp Chopped coriander
- 1 tsp each Chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, coriander
- a little Salt
- a lot Love
Thinly slice onion, carrot, celery and mushrooms,and finely chop coriander..
Warm brosh.
Add onion, carrot, celery and mushroom slices and cook until softened.
Add chili powder, garlic powder, cumin and coriander to 3 and season with salt and love.
Add chopped coriander before serving.
