Bean sprouts and buckwheat noodles with chives sauce

- 1 bag Bean sprouts
- 180 g Buckwheat noodles
- 2 tbsp Hot miso
- a lot Love
Leek sauce
- 1 bunch Sprig chives
- 1 piece Ginger
- 2 tbsp Sake (cooking wine)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Chop leek and ginger.
Put sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry chopped ginger.
Add chopped chives, sake, mirin, soy sauce, salt and boil.
Steam bean sprouts.
Boil buckwheat.
Mix 3, 4, and5 with love well and serve.
Add sesame seeds and hot miso on top.
This is a salad-style soba noodle. In summer, this dish can be made with Somen noodles or cool pasta.
