Ingredient

  • 300 g Cherryblossom bean paste
  • 2 Eggs sizeM
  • 30 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Cherry liqueur
  • 30 g Flour
  • 1 g Baking powder
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Line a mold with a cookie sheet
  • Knead butter with a speed cutter.
  • When the mixture becomes white, add Cherry blossom-bean paste and mix further.
  • Add milk, liqueur and egg to 3.
  • Mix sifted flour, baking powder, and affection into 4, and put it into 1.
  • Bake at180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Cut when rough heat is removed.

Notes

*The aroma of cherry blossom bean paste and the unique texture of the bean paste make this cake feel like spring. It is perfect for the cherry blossom season.
