Mix together strong flour, light flour, cinnamon,nutmeg, allspice, cacao powder, sugar, salt, and dry yeast in an airtight container.
Add milk, water, eggs, and olive oil, and mix further.
Mix in the dried fruit, chopped honeyed roselle, and love.
Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator overnight (minimum6hours).
Pour the mixture out of the container onto a piece of cooking paper and brush with olive oil.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm.
Remove from heat and cut into 2cm cubes.
