  • 180 g Strong flour
  • 2 g Baking powder
  • 2 g Salt
  • 150 g Water
  • 8 Shrimp
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • a little Salt
  • a little Pepper
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Knead the flour, baking powder, salt, and water theday before and keep in the refrigerator.
  • Place the dough on a baking sheet without crushingit, and spread it with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle salt lightly on 2.
  • Spread mayonnaise on 3.
  • Cut the shrimp in half lengthwise.
  • Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper on 5.
  • Bake for 13minutes at 220℃

Notes

*Shrimp are very crunchy, plump and sweet. They go well with focaccia.
