- 180 g Strong flour
- 2 g Baking powder
- 2 g Salt
- 150 g Water
- 8 Shrimp
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- a little Salt
- a little Pepper
- a lot Love
Knead the flour, baking powder, salt, and water theday before and keep in the refrigerator.
Place the dough on a baking sheet without crushingit, and spread it with olive oil.
Sprinkle salt lightly on 2.
Spread mayonnaise on 3.
Cut the shrimp in half lengthwise.
Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper on 5.
Bake for 13minutes at 220℃
*Shrimp are very crunchy, plump and sweet. They go well with focaccia.
