Ingredient

  • 200 g Minced chicken
  • 1/2 Leek
  • 2 tbsp Potato starch
  • 1 tnsp Cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp White soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • a pinch Salt
  • to taste Pumpkin powder
  • to taste Purple sweet potato powder
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Chop leek.
  • Add1, potato starch, sake, cooking wine, grated ginger, salt and love to minced chicken and mix well.
  • Divide 2 into 8 equal portions, roll them up, and steam them in a steamer.
  • Sprinkle pumpkin powder and purple sweet potato powder on 3.

Notes

I tried to create a slightly creepy image of Halloween. The dumplings will look fancy.
