Pumpkin gnocchi soup

Ingredient

  • 50 g Pumpkin
  • 30 g Flour
  • a pinch Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 300 cc Kelp broth
  • 1/2 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1/2 tbsp White soy sauce
  • a pinch Salt
  • 2 Japanese parsley
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Steam the pumpkin.
  • Mix 1, flour, nutmeg, and salt, and form into an oval shape.
  • Boil 2 in boiling water.
  • Mix kelp broth with salt and white soy sauce. Add salt and love to taste.
  • Put 3 in a bowl, pour in 4 and float Japanese parsley on top.

Notes

The beautiful yellow color of the pumpkin makes this gnocchi perfect for Halloween. Enjoy the glutinous texture!
