Jaw’s mallow Focaccia

Ingredient

  • 180 g Strong flour
  • 10 g Jaw’s mallow
  • 2 g Dried yeast
  • 2 g Salt
  • 150 cc Water
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Herb salt
  • 2 tbsp Grated Cheese
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix strong flour, dry yeast, water, and salt well, then let it rest overnight in a refrigerator
  • Chop jaw’s mallow
  • Put 1 on a cooking sheet and flatten in a rectangular shape.
  • Put herb salt and olive oil on 3, then press with love.
  • Put 2 and grated cheese on 4 and press again.
  • Bake 5 at 220 degrees for 13 minutes

Jaw’s mallow has a lot of fiber and calcium
