Jaw’s mallow Focaccia

- 180 g Strong flour
- 10 g Jaw’s mallow
- 2 g Dried yeast
- 2 g Salt
- 150 cc Water
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Herb salt
- 2 tbsp Grated Cheese
- a lot Love
Mix strong flour, dry yeast, water, and salt well, then let it rest overnight in a refrigerator
Chop jaw’s mallow
Put 1 on a cooking sheet and flatten in a rectangular shape.
Put herb salt and olive oil on 3, then press with love.
Put 2 and grated cheese on 4 and press again.
Bake 5 at 220 degrees for 13 minutes
Jaw’s mallow has a lot of fiber and calcium
