Japanese chicken rice

It is Japanese style Singapore chicken rice. Chicken is really juicy.

Ingredient

  • 3 C Rice
  • 3 C Water
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 3 tbsp White soy sauce
  • 15 g Ginger
  • 400 g Chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin(Sweet Sake)
  • 1 tbsp White Miso
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Make holes in the Chicken with awl and sprinkle water, sugar, and salt on it, then knead it 100times.
  • Cook rice with water, cooking wine, white soy sauce, ginger , and 1
  • Mix Ketchup, soy sauce, Mirin, and white miso well.
  • After cooking the rice, remove the chicken and mix well with rice and a lot of love.
  • Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  • Put 4 and then 5 on a plate.
  • When you eat, you put as much of 3 on the rice as you want.
