Marinated steamed eggplant
Steamed eggplant is really soft and the taste is easier to soak in well.

- 1 Long eggplant
- 2 tbsp Bonito soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 pieces Japanese basil
- a lot Love
Cut eggplant into bite-size pieces, then put them in 50-degree hot water for 20min.
Steam 1 in steamer until soft.
Mix bonito soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped Japanese basil
Put 2 and love in 3, then put it in the refrigerator.
