Marinated steamed eggplant

Steamed eggplant is really soft and the taste is easier to soak in well.

Ingredient

  • 1 Long eggplant
  • 2 tbsp Bonito soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 pieces Japanese basil
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cut eggplant into bite-size pieces, then put them in 50-degree hot water for 20min.
  • Steam 1 in steamer until soft.
  • Mix bonito soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped Japanese basil
  • Put 2 and love in 3, then put it in the refrigerator.
