Sweetened rice cake

It is chewy dessert. In China they eat it at the cerebration meal.

Ingredient

  • 125 g Glutinous rice flour
  • 125 g Rice flour
  • 100 g Sweetened beans
  • 180 cc Tepid water
  • 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • a little Salt
  • a little Sesame oil
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix glutinous rice flour, rice flour, granulated sugar, and love well.
  • Add tepid water to 1 and mix well till become hardness of an earlobe
  • Mix sweetened beans and 2.
  • Make 10~12 balls of 3 and then flatten
  • Put another sweetened beans on top of 4.
  • Steam 4 for 15min.
  • Spread sesame oil on 6.
