Sweet rice jelly (uiro)
It is one of Japanese traditional sweets. It is chewy and tasty.

For white
- 100 g Cake Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 300 cc Water
- A lot Love
For coffee
- 100 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 200 cc Water
- 1 tbsp Coffee powder
- 100 cc Water
- A lot Love
For coffee sweet rice jelly, mix water and coffee powder first.
Mix all ingredients.
Put 1 in a heat-resistant case.
Warm up 2 for 10 min. in a microwave.
