Teriyaki Chicken
It is one of Japanese traditional dishes. You can use Teriyaki sauce any dishes.

- 500 g Chicken thigh
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 100 cc Hot water
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- a lot Love
Make holes in the chicken with a tooth pick.
Sprinkle salt and cooking wine on the chicken
Put olive oil in the frying pan, then grill chicken on the sin side.
When you grill the skin you put a cooking sheet on it and put a heavy pot on top the sheet until the surface of the chicken gets burned.
Then turn over it and grill.
Mix hot water, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, and warm.
Put 5 in 6 and reheat.
Serve the chicken with greens and love
