Teriyaki Chicken

It is one of Japanese traditional dishes. You can use Teriyaki sauce any dishes.

Ingredient

  • 500 g Chicken thigh
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 100 cc Hot water
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Make holes in the chicken with a tooth pick.
  • Sprinkle salt and cooking wine on the chicken
  • Put olive oil in the frying pan, then grill chicken on the sin side.
  • When you grill the skin you put a cooking sheet on it and put a heavy pot on top the sheet until the surface of the chicken gets burned.
  • Then turn over it and grill.
  • Mix hot water, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, and warm.
  • Put 5 in 6 and reheat.
  • Serve the chicken with greens and love
