Butterbur and seaweed egg soup

Butterbur has a lot of mineral and fiber. It is used as a cough medicine.

Ingredient

  • 300 cc Broth
  • 1 piece Butterbur
  • 1 piece Wakame seaweed
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tbsp White soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp Spring onion
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Warm the broth.
  • Add the white soy sauce, salt, and cooking wine.
  • Boil the butterbur then remove the skin.
  • Slice 3 thin.
  • Wakame seaweed in water and cut into bite-size pieces.
  • Put 4 and 5 into 2.
  • Add scrambled egg and love to 6.
  • Put 7 into soup bowls and put chopped spring onion on it.
