Butterbur and seaweed egg soup
Butterbur has a lot of mineral and fiber. It is used as a cough medicine.

- 300 cc Broth
- 1 piece Butterbur
- 1 piece Wakame seaweed
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tbsp White soy sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1 tbsp Spring onion
- A lot Love
Warm the broth.
Add the white soy sauce, salt, and cooking wine.
Boil the butterbur then remove the skin.
Slice 3 thin.
Wakame seaweed in water and cut into bite-size pieces.
Put 4 and 5 into 2.
Add scrambled egg and love to 6.
Put 7 into soup bowls and put chopped spring onion on it.
