Boiled vegetables with miso
Root vegetables and miso are good combination. It is easy to eat.

- 1/3 Radish
- 1 Carrots
- 6 Taros
- 1 Canned tuna
- 100 cc Broth
- 2 tbsp Cooking wine
- 3 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Soy-sauce
- 2 tbsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- a lot Love
Cut the radish, the carrots, and taros into bite-size pieces.
Put 1 into a bowl of 50℃ water for 20 min.
Put the vegetables from 2 into a pot. Add miso and seasoning.
Boil 3 for 10min., then add the canned tuna and love and boil until everything is tender.
Reboil until dry before eating.
